   • Sole UX Writer for 9 brands across 10 markets, including LeoVegas, BetMGM, Expekt, BetUK and GoGo Casino
   • Created English in-product copy for all brands, and some Swedish copy when needed
   • Collaborated with 20+ discovery and delivery designers – continuous work on the sign-up flow led to a 20% increase in sign-ups over two years
   • Built and maintained style guides, glossaries and writing guidelines to keep voice and terminology consistent across brands

   • Worked on Svea's payments and menu solutions for restaurants, and on the Arlanda Express train experience
   • Designed and improved user flows in Swedish and English, creating clear, low-friction experiences as part of cross-functional design teams
   • Wrote UX writing principles, tone-of-voice guidelines and glossaries

   • Freelanced part-time for Advinans, a company that manages pensions and personal savings across funds and stocks
   • Did UX writing across their flows and rewrote and restructured longer texts for the website and member pages when needed
